1. Parties and scope

The buyer is a consumer ordering from rimbadeco.com for non-business purposes. These are general terms for teak and rattan homeware sales. Read them with the products, prices and buyer information specific to your order; this page alone is not a completed or signed order-specific contract.

2. Products, price and payment

Product names, models, dimensions, quantities, tax-inclusive unit prices and totals are shown on the product, cart and checkout pages. Discounts, delivery charges and any additional charges are shown before payment. Buyer, billing and delivery details are those supplied at checkout. Available payment methods and delivery restrictions are shown before the order is placed. Undisclosed additional charges will not be imposed.

Product specifications and commitments presented before purchase apply. Later page edits do not retrospectively change an earlier order to the consumer’s disadvantage. Payment uses the selected method and displayed total.

3. Pre-contract information and placing an order

The seller must present the Pre-contract Information and order-specific details before payment obligations arise and obtain confirmation that the information has been received. Visiting this page does not constitute acceptance. The final order step must clearly indicate the obligation to pay. Missing confirmation or information does not remove statutory consumer rights.

4. Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Estimated transit is 2–5 business days after dispatch. Standard delivery within Türkiye is free. Dispatch and transit are separate periods. Shorter delivery commitments remain binding; standard goods must be delivered within the statutory maximum of 30 days from receipt of the order.

If delivery commitments are not met, the buyer may cancel and receive payments including delivery costs, with statutory interest, within 14 days of the cancellation notice. If fulfilment truly becomes impossible, the seller informs the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning this and refunds payments within 14 days of the notice. Lack of stock alone is not impossibility. The seller is responsible for loss or damage until delivery when its offered carrier is used. Photos or a damage report help resolve an issue but their absence does not remove statutory rights.

5. Cancellation and withdrawal

For standard teak and rattan products, you may withdraw without giving a reason or paying a penalty within 14 days after you or your nominated recipient receives the goods. For separate deliveries under one order, the last delivery starts this period. You may also withdraw before delivery. Send a clear written notice to the seller’s email or postal address before the deadline. Seller approval or a return code is not a condition for exercising this right.

Please contact us with your order number so we can provide a free return shipping code and carrier instructions. Return the goods with their accompanying parts, securely packaged, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. The return address is the seller address above. Returns through the specified carrier are free; if it has no local branch, the seller arranges collection without cost. If no return carrier was identified before purchase, return shipping costs will not be charged to you. Later dispatch notifications do not replace pre-contract information.

6. Returns and refunds

For withdrawal before delivery, reimbursement is made within 14 days of receipt of the notice. After delivery, the 14-day refund period begins when goods are handed to the previously specified return carrier, or when received by the seller if another carrier is used. If no return carrier was specified, RIMBA DECO starts this period at return dispatch. Payments covered by the withdrawal, including delivery charges, are reimbursed in one payment using the original payment method without fees to the consumer.

A discount or handmade production does not remove withdrawal rights. Only products made to personal specifications may fall under the statutory exception, disclosed before purchase. Choosing a standard catalogue colour or model is not by itself personalisation. Opening packaging or inspecting goods does not automatically justify refusal. Statutory protection for changes resulting from use in accordance with instructions remains unaffected. Please protect wooden surfaces, lids and woven parts during return transport.

7. Non-conforming goods

For incorrect, incomplete, damaged or non-conforming goods, statutory rights to cancellation, a price reduction, free repair or replacement apply subject to Law No. 6502. These rights are not limited to the 14-day withdrawal period. Necessary remedy costs will not be charged to the consumer.

8. Records, personal data and complaints

You may retain your order details and documents sent to you. See our Privacy Policy for personal data processing. These terms do not constitute marketing consent or a waiver of statutory rights.

Depending on the applicable monetary thresholds, consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts, following mandatory mediation where required. Statutory jurisdiction and mandatory consumer rights are not restricted by these terms.
